企业医院工会是在企业工会和医院党委的双重领导下开展工作,企业条例、制度规定具体,在职工待遇、福利、维权方面政策性强,有延续性,直接影响到职工利益,甚至影响到企业的和谐。因此要求工会工作者具备更高的素质,企业医院在对工会工作者的素质培养方面,不仅要遵照企业规定要求,还要结合医院工作实际,文章就企业医院工会工作的素质培养从五个方面进行了阐述,使企业医院工会工作者的素质得到提升,为企业和医院的和谐稳定发展作出贡献。
