通过对流化床气固传热特性的简单分析,依据稳态工况活动段区气体温度分布求取了有效传热系数。实验结果和传统经验式数值吻合,从而论证气固传热特性分析的合理性及计算流化床气固有效传热系数的可行性,为研究流化床气固传热特性提供参考。
Based on the simple analysis of the gas-solid heat transfer characteristics of the fluidized bed, the effective heat transfer coefficient was obtained according to the gas temperature distribution in the active section of steady state conditions. The experimental results are in good agreement with the traditional empirical values to demonstrate the rationality of gas-solid heat transfer characteristics and the feasibility of calculating the effective gas-solid heat transfer coefficient of the fluidized bed.
