一、选题理由八○年我队建立了攻关QC小组,针对分项工程上存在的各种质量通病,进行调查分析,在七九年工程质量经济损失统计中,我们看到,地坪开裂起砂现象最为严重,占总损失的67.17％强,为此,我QC小组决定,把攻克地坪开裂起砂问题作为小组活动的第一个课题。二、原因分析我们在施工现场,应用“因果分析”方法,按照人、工具、材料、方法、环境五大因素,对地坪开裂起砂进行分析。 I.
