利用化工流程模拟软件Aspen Plus,DMSO作萃取剂模拟分离苯-噻吩混合物,苯质量分数为80%,利用灵敏度分析工具对萃取精馏塔参数进行优化,利用正交设计和响应面对各参数进一步优化。Aspen Plus单因素优化得到的苯质量分数为99.823 7%,正交设计和响应面优化后的苯质量分数分别为99.900 3%和99.887 7%。响应面法比正交设计和单因素优化分别节省萃取精馏塔再沸器热负荷5.333%和11.140%,响应面法更适于DMSO作萃取剂分离苯-噻吩的模拟优化。
The chemical process simulation software Aspen Plus, DMSO as extractant was used to simulate the separation of benzene-thiophene mixture, the mass fraction of benzene was 80%, and the parameters of extraction distillation column were optimized by using sensitivity analysis tools. With orthogonal design and response, optimization. Aspen Plus single factor optimization of the benzene mass fraction of 99.823 7%, orthogonal design and response surface optimized benzene mass fraction of 99.900 3% and 99.887 7%. Compared with orthogonal design and single factor optimization, the response surface method can save 5.333% and 11.140% of the reboiler heat load respectively, and the response surface method is more suitable for the simulation optimization of separation of benzene - thiophene by using DMSO as extractant.
