在联合国教科文组织和平遥县人民政府的共同推动和指导下,同济大学与有关国际专家合作编制了针对管理部门、专业团队的《平遥古城传统民居保护修缮及环境治理管理导则》和针对当地居民的《平遥古城传统民居保护修缮及环境治理实用导则》。导则针对平遥古城内未列入文物保护单位和未登记为不可移动文物的传统民居院落的修缮、维护等日常行为进行引导,建立传统民居修缮和环境整治的申报、设计和施工的管理机制。文章从制订背景、结构与内容、特色与意义等方面,对最新公布的《实用导则》进行了解读。 Under the joint promotion and guidance of UNESCO and People’s Government of Pingyao County, Tongji University cooperated with relevant international experts to prepare the Guidelines for the Management of Renovation and Environmental Management of Traditional Houses in Ancient City of Pingyao in accordance with the management department and professional team, Residents of the “Ancient City of Pingyao, the protection and repair of traditional houses and practical guidelines for environmental governance.” The guideline guides daily routine repair and maintenance of traditional residential buildings that are not listed as cultural relics protection units and unmanifested cultural relics in the ancient city of Pingyao, and establishes a management mechanism for the declaration, design and construction of traditional residential renovation and environmental remediation. The article interprets the newly published Practical Guide from the background, structure and content, characteristics and significance.
