以聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)为软段、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为硬段和磺酸型低聚酯二元醇(DPSA)为亲水扩链剂,采用自乳化法合成了系列高固含量的稳定WPU(水性聚氨酯)微乳液。研究结果表明:该WPU微乳液的粒子呈椭圆状,其粒径呈多元分布,并且该微乳液具有假塑性流体的特征;随着DPSA含量的不断增加,WPU微乳液的粒径逐渐减小、粒径分布变窄且固含量增大;当w(DPSA)=8%时,WPU微乳液的固含量高达56%,并且其低温稳定性、高温稳定性和储存稳定性俱佳。

When w (DPSA) = 8%, the solid content of WPU microemulsion is as high as 56%, and its low temperature stability, high temperature stability and storage stability are all excellent.
