目的:探究离子色谱法对药物中氨丁三醇含量的测定。方法:利用色谱柱、淋洗液、流速、抑制器、进样体积、柱温、检测池温度、检测器分别为DIONEXtIon Pac CS16(250mm*5mm,5.5μm)、水-0.05mol/L甲烷磺酸-50%乙腈(60:20:20)、1.0m L/min、DI-ONEX CS R S300(4mm),外接水模式,抑制电流30m A、10μL、30℃、35℃、电导检测器。结果:氨丁三醇浓度在20μg/m L-200μg/m L内和峰面积具有较好的线性关系;定量限为5μg/m L,检测限为2μg/m L;加右旋酮洛芬氨丁三醇回收率平均值与RSD分别为100.4%、2.8%;加碘佛醇注射液回收率平均值与RSD分别为99.1%、2.3%。结论:离子色谱法具有灵敏性、简便性、专属性与准确性的特点,在不同药物中氨丁三醇含量的测定均可应用。
Objective: To investigate the determination of trometamol in medicine by ion chromatography.
