介绍一种由80C196KB单片机构成的埋弧自动焊机数字控制系统的软、硬件设计。焊接电源采用六相半波晶闸管整流电路,用不同方法计算偏差进行数字PI调节,获得恒流、恒压、陡降和缓降4种输出静特性。送丝速度通过2个PI调节器进行双闭环控制,分别进行电机电枢电压反馈和电弧电压反馈。埋弧焊调速和过程控制系统电路安装在操作盒内,通过串行通讯接口与焊接电源交换数据。研制的样机表现出良好的稳定性、可靠性和适应性,且具有焊接参数预置、记忆、锁定、数显以及自动引弧、收弧等功能。
Describes a software and hardware design of digital control system of submerged arc automatic welding machine composed of 80C196KB single chip microcomputer. The welding power supply adopts six-phase half-wave thyristor rectifier circuit, and the digital PI is adjusted by different methods to calculate the deviation. Four output static characteristics of constant current, constant voltage, steep drop and slow down are obtained. The wire feed speed is controlled by two PI regulators in double closed loop, and the motor armature voltage feedback and arc voltage feedback are respectively carried out. Submerged arc welding speed control and process control system circuit installed in the operating box, through the serial communication interface and welding power supply to exchange data. Developed prototype showed good stability, reliability and adaptability, and with welding parameters preset, memory, lock, digital display and automatic arc, arc and other functions.
