口腔鳞状细胞癌患者序列治疗中口腔生态系的改变

口腔鳞状细胞癌是口腔颌面部常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其以外科手术治疗为主的综合序列治疗方案已经日趋成熟。然而在治疗过程中,患者口腔生态系的改变常被忽视。笔者就影响患者口腔生态系的因素和患者序列治疗中口腔生态系的变化进行讨论,为患者术后各阶段的口腔内局部用药、放疗中的口腔护理、赝复体的设计和材料选择等奠定相关的理论基础,以期指导患者口腔环境的维护,提高患者的术后远期生存质量。 Oral squamous cell carcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumors in oral and maxillofacial region. Its comprehensive surgical treatment-based regimen has matured. However, changes in the patient’s oral ecosystem are often overlooked during treatment. The author discusses the factors that affect the oral cavity of patients and the changes of the oral cavity ecosystem during the treatment of the patients. It provides a basis for oral intra-oral drug administration, oral care during radiotherapy, prosthesis design and material selection Related theoretical basis, with a view to guide the maintenance of oral environment in patients with improved postoperative long-term quality of life.
