采用夹尾刺激大鼠激怒的方法观察大鼠下丘脑单胺类激素和T淋巴细胞功能的变化,结果发现,大鼠接收激怒刺激1周后脾T淋巴细胞增殖反应和产生IL-2的能力即开始下降,与正常对照组比较,差异显著(P<0.05~0.01);激怒刺激3周后,大鼠下丘脑去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺、5-羟色胺、肾上腺指数分别为(3.920.65)ng/mg, (5.750.02)ng/mg,(1.240.02)ng/mg,(3.450.62)ng/mg,明显高于对照组,均P<0.05;激怒刺激3周后的大鼠血清对正常小鼠T淋巴细胞增殖反应和胸腺指数下降明显,与正常对照组比较,(P<0.05)。结果提示,长期激怒刺激能导致大鼠下丘脑-交感肾上腺-免疫系统功能紊乱。
Rat tail irritation was used to observe the changes of monoamine hormones and T lymphocyte function in rat hypothalamus. The results showed that the spleen T lymphocyte proliferation reaction and IL-2 production ability of rats after 1 week irritation (P <0.05 ~ 0.01). After 3 weeks of irritation stimulation, norepinephrine, dopamine, serotonin and adrenal index in rat hypothalamus were (3.920.65) mg / (5.750.02) ng / mg, (1.240.02) ng / mg and (3.450.62) ng / mg respectively, all of which were significantly higher than that of the control group The serum T lymphocyte proliferation response and thymus index decreased significantly in normal mice compared with the normal control group (P <0.05). The results suggest that long-term irritation can lead to hypothalamic - sympathetic adrenal - immune system dysfunction.
