以前已报道过税稻、粳稻在吸收和同化坡及硝酸盐方面存在差异,以及税稻和粳稻对不同类型氮素的不同效应是依赖于环境条件。本文研究的内容是应用”N示踪技术,观察温度和光强度对税稻和粳稻吸收同化控及硝酸盐的影响。材料和方法供试验用的籼稻“Leuang-tawng”和粳稻“Nihonbare”在未经~(15)N标记的溶液处理之前,于5—6月份在温室内培植4个星期。试验稻株共8批,温度和光强度的影响试验各4批,每批有4组喂以~(15)NH_4~+或~(15)NO_3~-溶液的“Leuang-tawng”和“Nihonbare”植株。不同温度的试验,是在人工气候室内进行,白天的温度保持在30、24、17和9℃,晚上的温度相应为24、17、9和6℃。不同光强度的试验,则用Saran网遮盖稻株进行控制,光线透射率
Previously reported tax rice, japonica rice differences in absorption and assimilation slope and nitrate, and different effects of tax rice and japonica rice on different types of nitrogen is dependent on environmental conditions. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of temperature and light intensity on the assimilation and nitrate assimilation of tax rice and japonica rice using “N tracer technique.” MATERIALS AND METHODS The experimental indica rice “Leuang-tawng” and japonica rice “Nihonbare” Before the treatment with ~ (15) N solution, the plants were cultivated for 4 weeks in the greenhouse from May to June .There were 8 batches of rice plants under test and 4 batches of 4 batches each with 4 batches of ~ (15) “Leuang-tawng” and “Nihonbare” plants with NH_4 ~ + or ~ (15) NO_3 ~ solution.The experiments at different temperatures were carried out in a climatic chamber with daytime temperatures of 30, 24, 17 and 9 ℃, the night temperature corresponding to 24,17,9 and 6 ℃ .Different light intensity test, the use of Saran net cover rice plants for control, light transmittance
