新时期的到来,我国事业单位在人力资源管理方面取得了很大进步,在一定程度上已经实现了人力资源的优化配置,能够科学进行人员管理,大大提高了事业单位的工作效率和工作质量。但是受到主观和客观因素的影响,事业单位人力资源管理在某些方面仍然存在问题。我国正处于社会转型时期,在这个关键时期事业单位的人力资源管理工作显得尤其重要,同时也更具有现实意义。所以,文章将从事业单位人力资源管理的问题进行研究,提出合理的改革创新建议,旨在提高我国事业单位人力资源管理的整体水平。
The advent of the new era has made great strides in human resources management in our country. To a certain extent, the optimal allocation of human resources has been achieved, the management of personnel can be conducted scientifically, and the work efficiency and quality of public institutions have been greatly enhanced. However, subject to the subjective and objective factors, human resource management in public institutions still has some problems in some aspects. Our country is in the period of social transformation. Human resource management in public institutions is especially important and also more practical in this crucial period. Therefore, the article will study from the problems of human resource management in institutions and put forward reasonable suggestions on reform and innovation so as to improve the overall level of human resource management in public institutions in our country.
