本文报道了利用数字减影仪进行动脉介入栓塞术，成功地治愈了一例下颌骨中央性血管瘤大出血的患者。通过这一治疗提示．在数字减影仪直视下行动脉介入栓塞术，既能动态观察血管瘤腔的变化，准确地选择血管进行栓塞，避免术后复发．又可维持颌骨的外形，是一种有效的治疗手段。
This article reports the successful use of a digital subtraction catheter for arterial interventional embolization to successfully treat a patient with massive hemangiomas in the mandible. Through this treatment tips. Digital subtraction instrument under direct interventional arterial embolization, both dynamically observe the changes of hemangioma cavity, accurate selection of blood vessels embolization, to avoid postoperative recurrence. But also maintain the shape of the jaw, is an effective treatment.
