将不确定的加工时间用三角模糊数表示,研究了梯形软交货期下的模糊车间作业满意调度问题.通过梯形交货期和三角模糊完工时间确定的两个悲观点实现了客户对产品提前或拖期情形下的悲观满意度,同时兼顾最可信满意度,利用三点满意度的组合优化建立了优化目标.仿真实验结果表明,所建立三点满意调度模型相对传统悲观调度模型,在保证决策者抗风险偏向的同时,大大提高了最可信满意度水平,实现了更加综合的满意调度.
The uncertain processing time is represented by trigonometric fuzzy numbers, and the problem of satisfactory job scheduling in fuzzy shop under trapezoidal soft delivery is studied.The two pessimistic points determined by trapezoidal delivery time and triangular fuzzy completion time have realized the customer’s advancement of product Or the pessimistic satisfaction in the case of tardiness, taking into account the most credible satisfaction, the optimization goal is established by combinatorial optimization of three-point satisfaction.The simulation results show that the proposed three-point satisfaction model compared with the traditional pessimistic model, While ensuring that the policymakers resist the risk bias, the most credible level of satisfaction is greatly raised and a more comprehensive satisfaction schedule is achieved.
