利用23.22C/kg60Coγ射线辐射处理具有某些优良特性的黄瓜自交系种子,并在其变异后代群体中,筛选出两个综合性状优良的单株。经3代系选,从中分选出一个主要性状均能稳定遗传的株系辐M—8。该株系集几种优很性状于一体,用其为亲本与另一高代自交系配制出适于日光温室栽培的耐低温、弱光杂交一代组合:93-黄瓜新品系。该品系在早熟、丰产、抗病性及商品性等几方面具有明显优势
Cucumber inbred lines with some excellent traits were treated with 23.22C / kg 60Coγ ray radiation and two individuals with good comprehensive characters were screened out in their mutant progenies. After 3 generations of selection, from which a main trait can be stable inherited strains of the spokes M-8. The strain is composed of several excellent traits, and is used as a parent and another high-generation inbred line to prepare a low-temperature and low-light hybrid generation suitable for cultivation in a solar greenhouse: a new 93-cucumber line. The line has obvious advantages in early maturity, high yield, disease resistance and commerciality
