随着社会经济的高速发展,如何更好地适应并引导这种发展的趋势就显得尤为重要。目前,机关文化作为行政管理学内容之一开始受到理论界的广泛关注和运用。效绩考核对建立高效的机关文化至关重要,本文通过对认同效绩考核理念是高效机关文化的前提,实施效绩考核制度是高效机关文化的保证,落实效绩考核制度是高效机关文化的关键所在,合理宣传是效绩考核制度促进高效机关文化的润滑剂等四个方面论述效绩考核对打造高效机关文化的意义。
