上述建议的系统是西德M.B.B.、S.E.L.
West Germany is planning the satellite television system used in the 1980s. Various studies have shown that a satellite television distribution system will be more economical than a system that requires hundreds of radio transmission equipment on the ground. In addition, there is no frequency available to expand existing systems in West Germany. The proposed system was studied by the M.W.B.B., S.E.L. and Siemens, commissioned by the Association for Space Research. The satellite will receive television signals over a 12-gigabit microwave uplink trunk and transmit it to the entire West Germany and possibly to Western European satellite receptions. The entire reception area should be consistent as it is transported in orbit
