以大孔径苯乙烯系强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,对μ-萘乙酸和甲酯的酯化反应进行催化,合成出作为植物生长调节剂的α-萘乙酸甲酯。并且对催化剂种类及用量、反应时间以及甲醇用量等影响反应因素进行讨论,摸索出一套较佳反应条件。
Esterification of μ-naphthaleneacetic acid and methyl ester was catalyzed by a large pore size styrene-based strong acid cation exchange resin as a catalyst to synthesize methyl α-naphthylacetate as a plant growth regulator. And the type and amount of catalyst, reaction time and the amount of methanol and other reaction factors were discussed to explore a set of better reaction conditions.
