通过分析中盖板零件的结构特点,制定了两种排样方案,分析方案的优劣后,从中选择较优的方案,并设计了中盖板的级进模具。模具采用侧刃初定位、导正销精定位和定位挡块末端定位的方式保证产品精度,提高了材料利用率,同时采用了先正反拉深再切口来成形支撑爪的工艺方法。该套级进模具在工厂进行了制造、装配以及试模试生产等工序,经过实践证明,利用所选方案及设计的模具生产的产品符合要求,提高了生产效率。该模具冲压速度达80次·min-1,相比人工采用单工序的模具进行冲制,速度提高了几十倍。
By analyzing the structural characteristics of mid-cover parts, two layout schemes were developed. After analyzing the pros and cons of the schemes, the optimal scheme was selected and the mid-plane progressive die was designed. The mold adopts the initial positioning of the side blade, the precise positioning of the guide pin and the positioning of the end of the positioning stopper to ensure the product accuracy and improve the material utilization rate. At the same time, the method of forming the support claws by forming the positive and negative deep incisions again is adopted. The set of progressive die in the factory for manufacturing, assembly and trial production and other processes, through practice proved that the use of the selected programs and design of the mold to meet the requirements of the product, improve production efficiency. The mold stamping speed of 80 times · min-1, compared with manual single-use mold for stamping, the speed increased by several times.
