合成了新的(甘氨酰-β-丙氨酸)(二吡啶[3,2-d:2’,3’-f]喹喔啉)铜(II)配合物:[Cu(Gly-β-Ala)(dpq)]·2H2O[Gly-β-Ala=甘氨酰-β-丙氨酸,dpq=二吡啶[3,2-d:2’,3’-f]喹喔啉].通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱、摩尔电导率以及X射线单晶衍射对该配合物组成及结构进行了表征.配合物晶体属三斜晶系,空间群P 1,晶胞参数为:a=0.70787(3)nm,b=0.96727(4)nm,c=0.52436(6)nm,α=97.016(2)°,β=100.859(2)°,γ=108.046(2)°,V=0.95624(7)nm3.应用改进的氯化硝基四氮唑蓝(NBT)光照还原法研究了配合物在水溶液中催化超氧阴离子自由基(O·2-)歧化分解超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,用循环伏安法研究了配合物的电化学性质.结果表明:该配合物具有良好的超氧化物歧化酶活性,表观催化速率常数为1.53×107 L·mol-1·s-1).
A new copper (II) complex of (glycyl-β-alanine) (dipyridyl [3,2-d: 2 ’, 3’- f] quinoxaline) was synthesized: -Ala) (dpq)] 2H2O [Gly-β-Ala = glycyl-β-alanine, dpq = dipyrido [3,2-d: 2 ’, 3’-f] quinoxaline]. The composition and structure of the complex were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV-Vis, molar conductivity and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The complex crystal belongs to the triclinic system with space group P 1 and unit cell parameters : a = 0.70787 (3) nm, b = 0.96727 (4) nm, c = 0.52436 (6) nm, α = 97.016 (2) °, β = 100.859 = 0.95624 (7) nm3.Using the improved NBT method, the superoxide anion radical (O · 2-) dismutase superoxide dismutase (SOD). The electrochemical properties of the complex were studied by cyclic voltammetry. The results showed that the complex has good activity of SOD and apparent catalytic rate constant of 1.53 × 107 L · mol -1 · S-1).
