领导的社会角色,决定了他与作报告有不解之缘。作报告,不仅可以有效地贯彻领导者的工作意图,还可以充分展现领导者的工作能力和办事魄力。一场优秀的报告,不仅给人以力量和信心,而且还能展示其智慧和魅力。领导所作的报告,形式多样,类别繁多。按表达方式划分,我认为大致可以分为六种,即传达式、阐述式、传授式、教导式、交流式和训诫式。所谓传达式报告,就是上传下达,将上级指示、会议精神传递到更大范围,这是领导同志工作中经常用到的一种报告形式。阐述式报告,是将文件精神、政策方针等详细阐明,帮助他人学习、领会的一种形式。传授式报告,就是授业传道,释疑解惑,一般是传授业务技能和经验、体会的一种报告形式。教导式报告,则是将新知识、新理论、新信
