沟通是人与人之间维系关系的最重要的桥梁,在人与人的交往中,沟通起着很重要的作用。班主任作为班级中最重要的组成部分,是教育教学中的关键力量,更是直接影响着学生的发展。但就目前的发展趋势来看,我国的初中班主任在与学生的沟通中还存在很大的问题,需要相关措施进行解决,以便让班主任可以发挥作用。基于此,主要对初中班主任工作中的沟通技巧进行了深度的研究。 Communication is the most important bridge for maintaining relationships between people, and communication plays a very important role in people-to-person communication.
