糖尿病为老年人的常见病多发病,近年来发病率有增高趋势,其临床过程有一些特点,故将我科1977年1月—1982年12月收治的资料完整的62例患者简要分析如下。 临床资料 一、一般情况:我科在6年期间共收治糖尿病76例,占同期住院病人总数的7.5％,资料完整可供分析的62例,均为男性脑力劳动者。年龄最小者52岁。最大者78岁,平均59.57岁。其中52～59岁,60～64岁和65～78岁者分别占37例、14例和11例。
Diabetes mellitus is a common disease in the elderly and frequently occurring. In recent years, the incidence has increased. Its clinical process has some characteristics. Therefore, 62 cases with complete data of our department from January 1977 to December 1982 are briefly analyzed as follows. Clinical data First, the general situation: 76 cases of diabetes were treated in our department over the 6-year period, accounting for 7.5% of the total number of inpatients over the same period, the data are complete for analysis of 62 cases, are male mental workers. The youngest is 52 years old. The largest of 78 years old, an average of 59.57 years old. Among them, 52 to 59 years old, 60 to 64 years old and 65 to 78 years old accounted for 37 cases, 14 cases and 11 cases, respectively.
