目的:探讨64排三维CT血管造影术(3D-CTA)在肢体软组织肿瘤术前评估中的作用。方法以容积重建法(VR)及最大密度投影法(MIP)等对15例患者肢体软组织肿瘤及周围结构做三维重建处理,并作出术前评估。结果所有病例3D-CTA图像均可较清楚并立体地显示肿瘤与血管、骨及周围结构的关系,与手术中所见相吻合。结论64排3D-CTA对肢体软组织肿瘤的术前评估、手术入路的设计有独到和重要的意义。“,”ObjectiveTo study the value of 64-slice three-dimensional computed tomography angiography (3D-CTA) to the preoperative assessment of the soft tissue tumors of the extremities. MethodsThe techniques of volume remdering (VR) and maximum intensity project(MIP) were used to reconstruct the 3D images of the soft tissue tumors and the structures surrounding them in 15 patients. ResultsIn all the patients 3D-CTA clearly showed the 3D spatial relationship among the soft tissue tumors, vessels and bones surrounding the tumors, which was similar to that found by the operation.Conclusion The 3D-CTA examination is of important value to the preoperative design of the approach of the soft tissue tumors of the extremities.
