目的:建立降香中木犀草素和异甘草素的含量测定方法。方法:用高效液相色谱法测定了木犀草素和异甘草素的含量,色谱柱:Zorbax eclipse XDB C18(150mm×4.6mm),木犀草素:流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(43:57);流速:1.0mL/min,测定波长:353nm;结果:平均回收率98.9%(RSD=2.6%),线性关系r=0.9997,重复性RSD=1.6%,精密度RSD=1.5%。异甘草素:流动相:甲醇-乙腈-0.025mol/l磷酸(18:20:62)流速:1.0mL/min,测定波长:368nm;结果:线性关系r=0.9998,重复性RSD=1.8%,精密度RSD=1.8%。结论:方法稳定、可靠,可作为其质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of luteolin and isoliquiritigenin in Xiangxiang. Methods: The contents of luteolin and isoliquiritigenin were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The column was Zorbax eclipse XDB C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm), luteolin: mobile phase: methanol -0.4% phosphoric acid solution Results: The average recovery was 98.9% (RSD = 2.6%), the linearity was r = 0.9997, the repeatability of RSD was 1.6% and the precision of RSD was 1.5%. Isoliquiritigenin: mobile phase: methanol-acetonitrile-0.025 mol / l phosphoric acid (18:20:62) flow rate: 1.0 mL / min, measurement wavelength: 368 nm; results: linear relationship r = 0.9998, repeatability RSD = 1.8% Precision RSD = 1.8%. Conclusion: The method is stable and reliable and can be used as a quality control method.
