当前,发展更大容量和超(超)临界蒸汽参数的CFB锅炉技术必须也必然成为循环流化床技术下一步发展的重要方向。介绍了作为超临界循环流化床技术基础的本生垂直管低质量流直流锅炉技术的特点,并对超临界循环流化床锅炉和超临界煤粉炉进行了比较,认为循环流化床锅炉具有突出的优点,更有利于在超临界蒸汽参数下工作。同时,对波兰建成投产的世界上第1台460 MW超临界循环流化床直流锅炉的设计和运行特性、800 MW超超临界CFB锅炉的研究进展、二氧化碳接近零排放的超临界CFB锅炉的研发进行了介绍。
Currently, the development of CFB boiler technology with larger capacity and ultra-supercritical steam parameters must and must become an important direction for the further development of CFB technology.
