本文以尾叶桉×巨桉 (Eucalyptusurophylla×E .grandis)F1 子代林为材料 ,研究了主要生长和材质性状的变异规律 ,并对它们的遗传参数进行了估计。结果表明 ,尾叶桉×巨桉F1 子代 :(1)树高、胸径和绝干材重主要受到父本的遗传控制 ;(2 )木材密度同时受到父本、母本和父母交互作用的不同程度遗传控制 ;(3)纤维长度和微纤丝角受到很强的母本遗传作用 ,管孔弦径、木材胞壁率、木纤维比量和 1%NaOH抽提物含量受到很强的父本遗传作用 ,纤维长宽比仅受到一般程度的父本遗传作用 ,导管比量同时受到父本和母本很强的遗传作用 ;(4)纤维壁腔比主要是受到环境因素的影响 ,父本、母本和父母交互对其均无明显的遗传作用。
In this paper, F1 progenies of Eucalyptus urophylla × E. grandis were used as materials to study the variation of main growth and material traits, and their genetic parameters were estimated. The results showed that F1 progenies of E. urophylla × E. grandiflora were: (1) tree height, DBH and dry weight were mainly controlled by the genetic parents; (2) the density of wood was also affected by the interactions between the male parent and the female parent (3) The fiber length and microfibril angle were strongly maternal genetic effect, and the diameter of the pipe pore, the cell wall of wood, the ratio of wood fiber and the content of 1% NaOH extract were very strong The paternal inheritance and fiber length-width ratio were affected only by the general degree of paternal inheritance. The ratio of catheters was strongly influenced by both male and female parents. (4) The ratio of fiber wall to lumen was mainly affected by environmental factors, There was no obvious genetic effect on the interaction between male parent, female parent and parent.
