有关800米跑的训练方法,已有过许多报导,但观点不完全一致。为此本文的研究目的在于: 1.探索800米跑运动员在一般身体素质训练取得进展的条件下,在赛前两个月时间。能否采用短于专项距离(如100米、300米和600米跑)的高强度的强化训练法来发展运动员的耐酸能力,从本质上解决乳酸能系统供能能力的主要矛盾,提高训练效果。2.通过血色素、血乳酸、血尿素、尿蛋白和脉搏等指标的定期测试,了解运动员对高强度的强化训练,身体机能的适应程度,为训练工作提供生化依据。
