社会经济的快速发展和我国教育体制改革进程的不断深化,为高职院校的蓬勃发展提供了重要的契机和良好的外部环境,高职院校作为我国高等院校的重要组成部分,对学生实践能力和应用能力的培养具有积极的现实意义,并在我国教育体制的发展过程中占有举足轻重的地位。在发展和建设过程中,高职院校加强与企业的合作,形成了“双主体”办学模式,但是在推行和实施过程中,仍存在部分问题制约其发展。基于此,以校企合作“双主体”办学模式的概述为主要出发点,论述高职院校实施校企合作“双主体”办学模式的价值,分析高职院校校企合作“双主体”办学模式存在的问题,并对相应的可行性对策进行有效探讨,旨在推动职业教育的长远发展。
The rapid development of social economy and the continuous deepening of the educational system reform in our country provide an important opportunity and a good external environment for the vigorous development of higher vocational colleges. As the important part of higher education in our country, The cultivation of practical ability and applied ability has a positive and practical significance and plays a decisive role in the development of our education system. During the process of development and construction, the higher vocational colleges strengthen their cooperation with enterprises and form a “dual-subject” mode of running schools. However, some problems still exist in the process of implementation and implementation, which restrict their development. Based on this, taking the overview of school-enterprise cooperation mode as the starting point, this paper discusses the value of running a school-enterprise cooperation model between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational colleges, “Dual subject” mode of running a school and discuss the corresponding feasibility measures effectively to promote the long-term development of vocational education.
