本文介绍了添加磷对烧结铁的磁性能的影响。磷用(NH_4)_2HPO_4水溶液的方式加入,优点是均匀性好,可使烧结铁的磁性能得到很大的提高。实验表明,含磷量1.8%的试样,采用最佳烧结制度时可获得如下磁性能:Hc=0.7奥斯特;B_(25)=14700高斯;μ_(max)=7300高/奥。还研究了成型压力,烧结规范及变形再结晶对含磷烧结铁的磁性的影响。
This article describes the effect of adding phosphorus on the magnetic properties of sintered iron. Phosphorus (NH_4) _2HPO_4 aqueous solution is added, the advantage of good uniformity, can make the magnetic properties of sintered iron has been greatly improved. Experiments show that 1.8% of the phosphorus content of the sample, the best sintering system can be obtained when the following magnetic properties: Hc = 0.7 Oersted; B_ (25) = 14700 Gauss; μ_max = 7300 high / Austria. The influence of forming pressure, sintering specification and deformation recrystallization on the magnetic properties of phosphorus-containing sintered iron was also studied.
