利用灰色关联分析,将多目标优化转化为单目标优化问题。注塑成型中,制品通常要求满足多个质量目标,如收缩率小、缩痕小、翘曲小等质量要求。在正交试验的基础上,利用模流分析软件Moldflow获得各个质量指标的响应值,并进行信噪比处理。建立各质量指标与参考目标的灰色关系,计算灰色关联度。对灰色关联度进行均值分析和方差分析,得到各个工艺参数各个水平对响应的影响程度,获得最优的工艺参数组合。实验验证体积收缩率9.26%、缩痕0.0095 mm、翘曲0.2765 mm,综合质量明显提高。研究表明,灰色理论应用到注塑成型工艺优化中,取得了较好的效果,说明了该方法在多目标优化中有很大的适用性。
Using gray relational analysis, multi-objective optimization is transformed into single-objective optimization problem. In injection molding, the products are usually required to meet a number of quality objectives, such as small shrinkage, small shrink marks, small warpage and other quality requirements. On the basis of orthogonal test, the mold flow simulation software Moldflow was used to obtain the response of each quality index and to deal with the signal to noise ratio. Establish the gray relationship between each quality index and the reference target, and calculate the gray relational degree. The gray relational degree was analyzed by mean value and analysis of variance. The influence of each level of each process parameter on the response was obtained, and the optimal combination of process parameters was obtained. Experimental verification volume shrinkage rate of 9.26%, shrink marks 0.0095 mm, warpage 0.2765 mm, overall quality improved significantly. The research shows that the gray theory is applied to the optimization of injection molding process and has achieved good results. It shows that this method has great applicability in multi-objective optimization.
