计量(数显)仪表广泛适用于公司温度、能源、称重及压力计量,特别是各种退火炉、“平改电”称重设备的自动化系统。在生产作业现场,干扰源往往较多,影响到这些仪表的计量准确,所以如何消除这些干扰源,便成为计量技术的崭新课题。抗干扰设计是计量仪表系统设计的重要内容之一,本文通过对干扰源的分析,着重介绍了一些在实际应用中取得良好效果的提高计量仪表抗干扰能力的方法。
Metering (digital display) instruments are widely used in the company’s temperature, energy, weighing and pressure measurement, in particular, all kinds of annealing furnace, “Ping change electricity ” weighing equipment automation system. In the field of production operation, the sources of interference tend to be more, affecting the measurement of these instruments is accurate, so how to eliminate these sources of interference has become a new topic of measurement technology. Anti-jamming design is one of the most important parts in the design of meter system. Based on the analysis of interference sources, this article focuses on some methods to improve the anti-jamming capability of meter in the practical application.
