目的评价4种自酸蚀粘接剂的粘接强度耐久性。方法选择2012年1—6月就诊于中国医科大学附属口腔医院口腔外科的患者因非龋源性原因拔除的无龋第三磨牙80颗,采用石膏打磨机去除牙釉质以充分暴露牙本质,600目砂纸在水环境中研磨去除表面玷污层。采用随机抽签的原则,每4颗牙为一组,共分为20组,在其表面分别涂布4种临床上使用的自酸蚀粘接剂[Easy Bond(EB)、G-Bond plus(GBp)、Clearfil Mega Bond(MB)、Clearfil Protect Bond(PB)]。每种粘接剂分为5组对应各个时间点(24 h、3个月、6个月、12个月和24个月)。粘接剂的使用严格按照各自产品说明书进行操作。之后,在其表面堆砌约5 mm厚的复合树脂。将其置于无菌双蒸水中保存在37℃恒温箱内,分别于24 h和3、6、12、24个月后将其切割成截面为1.0 mm2的长柱状后进行微拉伸测试,比较4种粘接剂在不同时间点的粘接强度耐久性。结果一步自酸蚀粘接剂EB和GBp在24个月后的粘接强度较24 h的粘接强度显著降低(P<0.05)。二步自酸蚀粘接剂MB和PB在24个月后的粘接强度与24 h的相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论含有亲水性成分甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)的一步自酸蚀粘接剂24 h后的粘接力强于不含HEMA的粘接剂。与一步自酸蚀粘接剂相比,二步自酸蚀粘接剂在耐久性测试中表现更为稳定。
Objective To evaluate the durability of four types of self-etching adhesives. Methods A total of 80 caries-free third molar patients were selected from Department of Stomatology, Stomatological Hospital of China Medical University from January to June 2012 to remove non-carious third molars. Gypsum grinding machine was used to remove enamel to fully expose dentin. The sandpaper is ground in a water environment to remove the surface smear layer. Using random lottery principle, every 4 teeth were grouped into 20 groups. Four kinds of clinically used self-etching adhesives [Easy Bond (EB) and G-Bond plus ( GBp), Clearfil Mega Bond (MB), Clearfil Protect Bond (PB)]. Each adhesive was divided into 5 groups corresponding to each time point (24 h, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months and 24 months). The use of adhesives in strict accordance with their product manuals. After that, a 5 mm thick composite resin was piled on the surface. Placed in a sterile double distilled water and stored in a thermostat at 37 ° C for 24 hours and after 3, 6, 12, and 24 months, respectively, and cut into long columns with a cross section of 1.0 mm2 for microtensile testing. The adhesive strength durability of four kinds of adhesives at different time points was compared. Results The adhesive strength of one-step self-etching adhesive EB and GBp after 24 months was significantly lower than that of 24 h (P <0.05). The adhesive strength of two-step self-etching adhesive MB and PB after 24 months was not significantly different from that of 24 h (P> 0.05). Conclusion The one-step self-etching adhesive containing HEMA is more adhesive than HEMA-free adhesive after 24 h. Two-step self-etching adhesives perform more consistently in durability tests than one-step self-etching adhesives.
