目的确定不明原因聚集性发热疫情的病原体,为制定防治措施提供实验室依据。方法采集12份病例的咽拭子,应用Real-time RT-PCR技术进行病原学检测。结果 8份病例样本为甲型H3N2病毒核酸阳性,4份样本为阴性。结论此次聚集性发热为甲型H3N2流感疫情。
Objective To determine the pathogens of unhealthy gathering fever and provide laboratory evidence for the development of prevention and treatment measures. Methods Throat swabs of 12 cases were collected and tested by Real-time RT-PCR. Results Eight cases were positive for H3N2 virus and 4 samples were negative. Conclusion The aggregate fever is influenza A H3N2.
