现有对城市水循环系统的规划研究多为确定性规划研究,缺乏对水循环系统中不确定性因素的分析,限制了城市水资源的合理开发和利用。鉴于此,以城市水循环系统中的不确定性因素为主要研究对象,构建了城市水循环系统不确定规划模型,并利用改进型非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)对该模型进行求解,以期提高我国城市水资源的开发利用效率。
The existing research on the planning of urban water circulation system is mostly for the study of deterministic planning. It lacks the analysis of the uncertainty factors in the water circulation system and limits the rational development and utilization of urban water resources. In view of this, taking the uncertainty factors of urban water circulation system as the main research object, an uncertain planning model of urban water circulation system is constructed and the model is solved by the improved non-dominated ranking genetic algorithm (NSGA-Ⅱ) Development and Utilization Efficiency of Urban Water Resources in China.
