为贯彻国务院办公厅发布的《国家行政机关公文处理办法》,提高公文处理工作效率和质量,使之达到规范化、制度化、科学化,根据《办法》的要求,结合我厅实际,我们制定了公文办理工作程序.现将主要程序作一介绍,供文秘工作者参阅,并商榷.公文办理分为收文和发文两套程序:收文办理收文办理是从公文签收直至阅办完毕的全过程.它包括签收、登记、分发、拟办、批办、承办、催办、查办、立卷、归档、销毁十一个环节.
