三维增强磁共振血管成像(3D CE MRA)在血管病变领域应用广泛,在颅内小动脉瘤的诊断中优势日益明显。收集自1993~2008年的国内外文献及著作中影像方法、技术与诊断对颅内小动脉瘤的诊断经验与限度,对比分析各种影像方法的优缺点,总结3D CE MRA法的技术要点及诊断优势,并对这种非侵入性影像检查在颅内小动脉瘤的诊断准确性、优势等方面的进展予以综述。
Three-dimensional enhanced magnetic resonance angiography (3D CE MRA) is widely used in the field of vascular disease, the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm in the increasingly obvious advantages. Collecting the experience and limitations of imaging methods, techniques and diagnoses for small intracranial aneurysms from 1993 to 2008 in domestic and foreign literatures and works, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various imaging methods, summarizing the technical points of 3D CE MRA method and Diagnosis of the advantages, and review of the non-invasive imaging in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms accuracy, advantages and so on are reviewed.
