异名:克瑞明;y-516,化学名称:(1′-[3-(3-氯-10,11-二氢-5H-双苯并[b,f]氮杂(艹卓)-5基-丙基)六氢螺[咪唑并[1,2-a]吡啶-3(2H),4-哌啶基]-2-酮二盐酸盐),[CAS-98043-60-8],氯螺拉胺是氯卡帕明的代谢物,是德宝公司研制的安定药,现正在日本等待注册。本品对幻觉和神情呆滞性精神分裂症有效,对阿朴吗啡引起的小白鼠体温过低症有拮抗作用,用甲胺苯他明处理的小白鼠则不引起死亡,它与氯丙嗪不同。用本品6.25～25mg的不同剂量给予受试者,可观察到该药随给药剂量的变化而表现出不同程度的嗜睡和语音障碍,高剂量时可表现出坐卧不安和骚动。血液学和生化试验表明:在脉博、呼吸、体温及血压等方面没有异常情况。本品半衰期为14.8h,在25mg剂量条件下,最大吸收浓度是4.8h,
