整体听写的运用在国内并不普遍,有些大学英语教师甚至不知道什么是“整体听写”。事实上,整体听写法在英语国家的二语教学中已广为运用,但在中国的二语教学中还是一个比较新的名词。这种听力教学法不仅符合大学英语注重听说的教学目标,还能够让学生自主学习的能力得到加强,激发他们运用英语参与交流和讨论的积极性。本文将从组建小组、设计任务、结合口语和阅读训练三方面来探讨整体听写在大学英语听力教学中的有效运用。
The overall use of dictation in the country is not common, some college English teachers do not even know what is “overall dictation ”. In fact, monolithic dictation has been widely used in second language teaching in English-speaking countries, but it is still a relatively new term in second-language teaching in China. This method of listening teaching not only fits in with the teaching objective of listening and speaking in college English, but also strengthens students’ ability to learn independently and motivates them to participate in the exchange and discussion in English. This article will discuss the effective use of overall dictation in college English listening teaching from the following three aspects: setting up a group, designing tasks, combining speaking and reading training.
