1.概况我厂高速线材轧机工程分两期完成。一期工程采用100×100×11000~12100mm的钢坯做原料,生产φ6.5mm,盘重为140~155kg的热轧圆盘条。轧机布置为:粗中轧连轧机组由φ550×4/φ450×7共11架水平轧机组成,直流电机单独驱动;精轧机组为复二重轧机,由φ320×4/φ280×8共12架水平轧机组成,交流异步电机集体驱动。成品线速度为15.6m/s。工艺流程如图1所示。我厂一期工程的工艺特点是:11架粗中轧机组由直流电机单独驱动。单线、连续、长坯料轧制,接复二重机组交流异步电机集体驱动、四线、活套、小盘重生产。
1. Overview I plant high-speed wire rod mill project completed in two phases. A project using 100 × 100 × 11000 ~ 12100mm billet as raw material, production φ6.5mm, weight 140 ~ 155kg hot-rolled strip. The rolling mill is arranged as follows: The roughing and rolling mill consists of 11 horizontal mills of φ550 × 4 / φ450 × 7 and is driven by a direct current motor. The finishing mill is a double second rolling mill and consists of 12 frames of φ320 × 4 / φ280 × 8 Composition of horizontal mill, AC induction motor collective drive. Finished line speed of 15.6m / s. Process shown in Figure 1. I plant a project features are: 11 rough rolling mill alone by the DC motor drive. Single-line, continuous, long billet rolling, the recovery of two units AC induction motor collective drive, four-wire, looper, small plate weight production.
