生殖细胞癌又称精原细胞瘤，是一种相对低度恶性和高度放射敏感性肿瘤，除原发于卵巢和睾丸性腺器官外还可发生在人体的中线部位，即颅腔、纵隔、后腹膜至骶尾部等。现把我们3年来经手术和病理证实的三例生殖细胞癌报道如下。
