为广泛开展腹腔镜技术在泌尿外科领域中应用。方法：１９９６年３月～１９９９年８月采用经版和腹腔两种术式行腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术３６例。结果：本组３６例均获成功，失血量小于１００ｍｌ，囊液８０～５００ｍｌ。结论：适用于有症状的肾囊肿，比传统的方法更简单而有效，值得在泌尿外科领域广泛推广。
To carry out a wide range of laparoscopic technology in the field of urology. Methods: From March 1996 to August 1999, 36 cases of laparoscopic renal cyst debridement were treated with both operation and peritoneal operation. Results: All 36 cases were successful, the blood loss was less than 100ml, cystic fluid 80 ~ 500ml. Conclusion: It is more simple and effective to treat symptomatic renal cysts than traditional methods, and it is worth popularizing in the field of urology.
