用正交试验设计筛选出氯化钾缓释包衣微丸的处方和工艺参数。释放度研究结果表明:以丸芯2为包衣底物,以EC+阻滞剂为包衣材料,在35℃的进气温度和8ml/min的输液速度的条件下进行沸腾包衣,可以制得持续释药12h,在0~10h内近似零级释药的氯化钾缓释包衣微丸。
Orthogonal design was used to screen out the prescriptions and process parameters of potassium chloride sustained-release coated pellets.
