目的:观察桂枝及配伍对CIA大鼠细胞因子的影响,探讨其作用机理。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠80只,随机取10只大鼠作为正常对照,其余采用Ⅱ型胶原(CⅡ)诱导的关节炎并随机分为模型、水煎桂枝、醇提桂枝、水煎肉桂、水煎桂枝附子及醇提桂枝附子组,致炎后21天开始ig给药,连续21天,观察大鼠关节炎指数并测定大鼠血清中TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6含量。结果:水煎桂枝、桂枝附子及醇提桂枝附子组关节炎指数明显减轻(P<0.05或P<0.01);与模型组比较,水煎桂枝、肉桂、桂枝附子及醇提桂枝附子组TNF-α明显降低(P<0.05),且水煎桂枝附子组对IL-6下调作用明显(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝及桂枝附子配伍对CIA大鼠血清TNF-α和IL-6有不同的下调作用,这可能是其治疗RA作用机理之一。
Objective: To observe the effects of cassia twig and its compatibility on cytokines in CIA rats and to explore its mechanism. Methods: Eighty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group (n = 10). The rest were induced by type II collagen (CⅡ) and divided into model, water-extracted cassia twig, , Decoction of Guizhis Aconite and alcohol Guizhi Fuzi group, 21 days after the onset of inflammation ig administration for 21 consecutive days, the rats were observed for arthritis index and determination of serum TNF-α, IL-1β, IL- 6 content. Results: The arthritis index of Shuijian Guizhi, Guizhifuzi and Guizhi Guizhifuzi were significantly reduced (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Compared with the model group, the water extract of Guizhi, Cinnamon, Guizhifuzi and alcohol extract The level of TNF-α in Guizhifu group was significantly lower than that in Guizhifuzi group (P <0.05), and the decoction of Guizhis Aconite had a significant effect on IL-6 (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Guizhi and Guizhifuzi has different downregulation of serum TNF-α and IL-6 in CIA rats, which may be one of the mechanisms of its action in treating RA.
