应用国产全反式维甲酸(RA)治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)14例。结果单用RA治疗,6例完全缓解(CR)率为83.3％,RA合并化疗8例CR率为87.5％,两组总的CR率为85.7％。在治疗中白细胞数明显升高,出血倾向减轻。
Application of domestic all-trans retinoic acid (RA) in the treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) in 14 cases. Results The CR rate in 6 cases was 83.3%. The CR rate in 8 cases with RA combined with chemotherapy was 87.5%. The overall CR rate in both groups was 85.7%. In the treatment of leukocytes was significantly increased bleeding tendency to reduce.
