目的探讨一侧睾丸损伤后对侧睾丸细胞凋亡的影响。方法SD雄性成年大鼠44只,分为对照组(12只),挫伤组(16只)和裂伤组(16只),分别于伤后24 h和伤后6 d快速处死大鼠提取对侧睾丸,应用原位末端标志技术(TUNEL)检测各组细胞凋亡情况。结果挫伤组及裂伤组伤后24 h及伤后6 d凋亡细胞均较对照组明显增多(P<0.05)。细胞凋亡多发生在精母细胞,Leydig细胞也有不同程度的凋亡。结论单侧睾丸损伤可引起对侧睾丸的细胞凋亡增加,且凋亡细胞的多少与损伤程度有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of contralateral testicular cell apoptosis after testis injury on one side. Methods Forty-four SD male adult rats were divided into control group (n = 12), contusion group (n = 16) and laceration group (16). Rats were sacrificed 24 h after injury and 6 d after injury Side of the testis, the application of TUNEL detection of apoptosis in each group. Results The number of apoptotic cells in contusion group and laceration group at 24 h and 6 d after injury was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Apoptosis occurred in spermatocytes, Leydig cells also have varying degrees of apoptosis. Conclusion Unilateral testicular injury can induce apoptosis of contralateral testes, and the number of apoptotic cells is related to the degree of injury.
