为研究爆破战斗部壳体破碎形成破片过程的数值仿真方法,采用SPH算法对爆破战斗部壳体破碎过程进行数值仿真,在战斗部建模过程中,炸药采用Lagrange单元,壳体和底盖采用SPH单元,三者网格之间定义耦合。同时通过基于Mott破片分布理论的Stochastic模型,计算获得了壳体破碎过程及其破碎后所形成破片的质量分布和初速,并与经验公式计算结果进行对比,验证了数值仿真方法的可靠性,为相关研究提供了数据参考和技术借鉴。
In order to study the numerical simulation method of crushing shell formation in blasting warhead, the SPH algorithm is used to simulate the crushing process of the shell of blasting warhead. Lagrange element is used in the modeling of warhead. The shell and the bottom cover are adopted SPH unit, the definition of the coupling between the three grid. At the same time, through the Stochastic model based on the Mott fragment distribution theory, the mass distribution and initial velocity of the crushing process and the fragments formed after crushing are calculated and compared with the empirical formula to verify the reliability of the numerical simulation method. Related research provides data reference and technology reference.
