当机床导轨而咬伤后,以前常用镶钢板等办法修复,现在我们利用辐射接枝聚四氟乙烯(以下简称F_4)贴面的方法修复,取得了较好的效果。这种材料具有耐磨、防爬和防咬等性能,适合各种导轨修复,操作方便,成本低。一、接枝F_4的使用效果 1.由于F_4的摩擦系数很小,使机床运转操作轻快,减少震动噪声,防止低速爬行。可在短期无油或少油润滑条件下工作而不致于咬伤导轨。
