老年人的肺功能逐渐减退,但是,如能坚持体育锻炼,肺功能是否此不锻炼者好?体育锻炼对老人的肺功能有什么影响?这是我们需要调查研究的问题。为此,我们对38名长期坚持太极拳锻炼的老人和89名退休老工人,进行各项肺功能检查,发现两组老人的肺功能有所不同,前一组较好,现报道如下。
