采用肝细胞生长素（ＨＧＦ）治疗活动性肝硬化病人４２例，并与４０例同期同类型患者作对照，两组均采用传统综合护肝治疗，治疗组加用ＨＧＦ。结果发现治疗组有效率及症状、体征恢复时间肝功能指标变化都明显优于单用传统疗法。提示ＨＧＦ对活动性肝硬化确有良好疗效。
Forty-two patients with active cirrhosis were treated with hepatocyte growth-promoting factor (HGF) and compared with 40 patients of the same type in the same period. Both groups were treated with traditional comprehensive hepatoprotective therapy and HGF was added to the treatment group. The results showed that the effective rate of the treatment group and symptoms, signs of liver function indicators at recovery time were significantly better than the traditional single therapy. HGF HCC on active cirrhosis does have a good effect.
